Creativity for Wellbeing
classes to find your creativity, your sense of play and your inner artist
Courage…
Try something new, to risk making mistakes, risk not being ‘good enough’ – and end up somewhere new and unknown.
Play…
To feel good about ourselves without judgement – to have permission to try things out – allows our inner authentic self to come out – or allows us inside to meet it.
Practise…
Like any skill, creativity is like a muscle – practise helps it to develop.
Curiosity…
Throw out the rule book, ignore instructions and define your own art.

“Every Child is an artist, the problem is how to remain an artist when they grow up.”
Picasso
Every mistake is an opportunity
If we let go of mastery, and start exploring the mystery, that’s where we start to find our creativity.
When we develop our creativity we strengthen our problem solving skills, our courage, our confidence and our inner world.
“The creation of something new is not accomplished by the intellect, but by the play instinct. The creative mind plays with the thing it loves.”
Jung
Find time to let go, surrender to playing in the flow, and create something unique.

be curious, be courageous…
be wrong and see where it leads you…
